How the Credit Card Blind Box Promotion Works
The Madness Blind Box promotion runs from: 6 March (3PM) – 31 March 2026
To participate:
- Apply for an eligible credit card (Citi, HSBC, OCBC, DBS/POSB) through SingSaver during the campaign period as a new-to-bank cardholder
- Once your application is approved, you’ll receive one Madness Blind Box opening.
- Choose one of three themed Blind Boxes.
- Receive a random reward from that box.
Each box has different prizes, so you can choose the theme you like before opening it.
Where to Access the Madness Blind Box
If your credit card application is approved, SingSaver will email you instructions to complete the Rewards Redemption Form. After submitting the form and confirming your eligibility, you’ll be able to open your Madness Blind Box through the SingSaver rewards portal. Eligible applicants get one Blind Box opening per participating bank, where they can choose from three themed boxes and receive a randomly assigned reward. However, both the Madness Blind Box and SingSaver’s usual sign-up rewards are generally only available to new-to-bank applicants, meaning you must not currently have a principal credit card with the same bank or have cancelled one within the past 12 months. If you already have or recently had a card with that bank, you may still apply for the card, but you typically won’t qualify for the Blind Box or the standard new-to-bank promotional rewards.
