DBS has updated the terms and conditions for the DBS yuu Card. From 1 May 2026, the card will add 14 new excluded Merchant Category Codes (MCCs) and 2 new excluded transaction terms.
These changes align the DBS yuu Card’s T&Cs with the rest of the DBS rewards programme, which already made the same updates in December 2025.

2 New Excluded Transaction Terms

AXS — Now Fully Excluded
Previously, only AXS BizPay appeared on the exclusion list. The updated T&Cs now add “AXS” as a blanket entry, meaning all AXS transactions will be excluded from earning rewards from 1 May 2026. Yes, it does mean that we might have been able to earn 1 yuu point for AXS bills prior to December 2025.
SmoovPay — Also Excluded
SmoovPay, commonly used for condo management fees and recurring bill payments, has been added to the exclusion list effective 1 May 2026.
What Matters Most
The card’s core value proposition remains unchanged — the 10 mpd earn rate at yuu merchants, the S$800 monthly minimum spend requirement, and the 4-merchant requirement all stay the same.
All existing excluded terms also remain unchanged: AMAZE, AXS BizPay, BAGUS, CANTINE, EZLINK, EZ-LINK, PAYPAL AXS PTE LTD, RAZERPAY, SAM PAYMENTS, SEDAP, Sgebiz, SGeBiz, SINGTEL DASH, Singapore E-Business, SHOPEEPAY, TRANSIT 3, YOUTRIP.

Conclusion
From 1 May 2026, the DBS yuu Card’s exclusion list will expand to include 14 new MCCs and 2 new transaction terms to align with its broader rewards programme back in December 2025.
