Trust Bank is giving new cardholders up to 100,000 Max Miles for signing up for the Trust Freedom Card and selecting Miles as their reward. Get approved between 21 September and 31 October 2026 to qualify.
The Details
Hit each cumulative spend tier and you unlock the next reward. Every tier adds to the one before it.
| Total qualifying spend | Additional reward at this milestone | Total welcome Max Miles | Flight reimbursement value at the current FlyAnywhere rate |
|---|---|---|---|
| S$1,000 | 20,000 Max Miles | 20,000 | S$360 |
| S$5,000 | 30,000 Max Miles | 50,000 | S$900 |
| S$15,000 | 50,000 Max Miles | 100,000 | S$1,800 |
Eligible spending must post within 31 days of approval or by 30 November 2026, whichever is earlier — check the exact deadline in your own Quest and allow time for merchants to post payments. Every dollar of eligible local and overseas spend counts toward these tiers, and the card carries no foreign currency transaction fee and no annual fee.

Who Can Apply
- Your application must be approved between 21 September and 31 October 2026.
- You must select Miles as your initial reward type when you apply — choosing another reward type first disqualifies you.
- You must receive the promotion Quest in your Trust app.
- Any Trust credit card you hold now, or have ever cancelled, makes you ineligible — Trust’s terms set no time limit on a past cancellation.
What Counts Toward Your Spend
The offer follows Trust’s eligible-spend exclusions. Insurance premiums, utilities, education, government payments, donations, account top-ups and AXS or SAM payments are among them, and so are cash advances, balance transfers, monthly split-purchase instalments, fees and refunded transactions.
Check Trust’s full exclusions before relying on a large payment to meet a milestone.
How to Track Your Qualifying Spend
With 100,000 Max Miles on the line and the MCC exclusions above to work around, don’t assume — check your actual progress in the Trust app rather than estimating from your statement.
Open the Trust app → Rewards → Quests to see your cumulative qualifying spend toward each tier. Still worth checking your own transactions against the exclusion list above if a large payment is doing the heavy lifting toward a milestone — the tracker shows the total, not a breakdown of which of your purchases counted.
How to Claim Your Miles
- Apply for the Trust Freedom Card and choose Miles during onboarding. Selecting another reward type initially will disqualify you from this offer.
- Open Rewards → Quests in the Trust app. Confirm the offer is allocated to you, check your deadline and track qualifying posted spend there.
- Scratch each reward when it becomes available. Trust aims to issue it within 24 hours after validation. Find the redemption code under Coupons & Stamps.
- Redeem each code in HeyMax under Profile → Redeem a code. You need a HeyMax account. This step has no conversion fee — the welcome Max Miles go straight into your HeyMax account. Redeem all codes by 31 December 2026; unredeemed rewards expire.

What Your Sign-Up Miles Are Worth
With FlyAnywhere, you book an eligible flight, pay for it yourself, send HeyMax the receipt, and HeyMax pays you back through PayNow using your Max Miles, at the current rate of 1.8 Singapore cents per Max Mile. That puts the full 100,000-Max-Mile welcome bonus at up to S$1,800 of flight reimbursement capacity. You need enough Max Miles to cover the full eligible receipt amount, because FlyAnywhere does not support partial redemptions — submit the claim within 31 days of booking or payment, subject to approval.
My Take
This is a good deal but you have 31 days from approval to hit whichever milestone you’re aiming for. If you only have S$1,000 to S$15,000 of genuine spend planned within that window, that alone nets you S$360 to S$1,800 of FlyAnywhere flight reimbursement — worth having on money you were spending anyway.
