- If you shop at the Takashimaya Department Store or Shopping Center frequently, the DBS Takashimaya credit card is a absolutely a great choice. You can get up to 6% back on your purchases with its tiered voucher rebate system, which essentially gives you discounts all year long. Extra points give rewards an additional tier that may be redeemed for vouchers from Takashimaya. A general rewards card might be a better option, if you don’t frequently shop at Takashimaya or if you value your rewards more highly than other areas of expenses. With the current sign up promotion for the AMEX version till 30 April, which allows existing DBS cardholders to get the sign up bonus, this might be a great deal (60% off!) if you are looking to buy something that is also available at Takashimaya.
